Is Shipping discreet?

Yes!! All of our products are shipped with no shop name or description on the outside. All international orders will have Fashion Accessory as description for customs.

Is this a safe website?

How long until I get my items, can I get them by a specific date?

Each item varies in time since they are handmade. Typical production time is 1-2 weeks. Customs can be longer. If you are needing something for a specific event please order ahead of time and notify us in advance. Please message us to ask before hand otherwise date can't be guaranteed. 

Can you make me a custom image on pacifier?

Yes, however timing may vary from 1 week to a month to create. Custom ordered pacifiers will have an added cost as well.

 Can you make this in my size, color, text?

If you are wanting a custom product please message us, chances are we can!

Can you make this in my size-leather collars?

No, unfortunately at this time all leather collars can't be resized.

Do you sell in bulk?

Yes, contact me for prices.

What size is the pacifier, nipple, item, product, etc.?

Please look at product photos and read descriptions for all product sizing and how to measure. 

Where do the products ship from?

90% of our products are handmade and get shipped from the US! Some items are designed by us and sent out from a different location to reduce over production and waste. Locations for handmade products is Maine. Locations for clothing are California, North Carolina, and Florida. Some adult toys will come from China straight from manufacturers to reduce over stock.

Shipping and Return Policies

Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Packaging
All of my items are packaged in discreet packaging for customer privacy.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations on orders after 24 hours

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders 
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) ***This includes pacifiers, pacifier gags, and anal plugs 
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Shipping fees will not be refunded for returns. 
Shipping Returned Items
The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. In the event that an item is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, the buyer will be responsible for covering the reshipping costs to send the item to the correct address.
