Shipping and Returns

Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
All of my items are packaged in discreet packaging for customer privacy.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations on orders after 24 hours

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders 
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) ***This includes pacifiers, pacifier gags, and anal plugs 
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Shipping fees will not be refunded for returns. 
Shipping Returned Items
The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. In the event that an item is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, the buyer will be responsible for covering the reshipping costs to send the item to the correct address.
